The hotel is lovely and tidy, nestled in a beautiful building. the rooms are good sized, the bed is comfy. It offers a magnificent location close to Sinaia downtown. Additionally, it is only a 10-15 minute walk from Carpati Shopping Center.

The hotel is well located, right downtown. Rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a 3 star hotel. Restaurant will not let me decrease points. Deer is excellent cooked and very tasty. Note 10 for restaurant kitchens (and staff).
All creaks in the hotel: stairs, floor, bedding, furniture. You must have a deep sleep to not wake up at night because of creaking. Furniture can see that is very old and it was reconditioned. Room temperature was not constant: when it was too cold, when it was too hot. In the bathroom I ran out of hot water while I shampoo my hair. It was terrible. Second time not come to this hotel. Not worth the score.

Recently refurbished hotel, the staff were all amazingly nice and pleasant and the location was particularly good right in the centre of Sinaia. Location: the venue was right by all the attractions of Sinaia, and Sinaia's sights. In the evening we visited Arcade Restaurant & Wine, set minutes from the hotel.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Excellent location in the center, close to park and Peles Castle. Polite and happy staff. Nice and clean place. Room 301 without complaints. Bathroom a bit small for tall people. Very good and fresh breakfast.

Friendly staff, very clean and cozy, and excellent location on the main street. Our flat was very big and had a fully equiped kitchen . We felt like home and we are looking forward for the next holiday there. It deserves more than 3 stars for sure. Also , we had free wi-fi in the room while in other 4 stars hotels you have to pay for it. Thumbs up for Bucegi hotel.

Wifi but only on lower levels, good clean room, big bathroom, nice staff, on the main strip near lots of restaurants and not far from train station
No lift to 3rd floor, by 9.30am breakfast buffet was a mess, laundry was expensive so we opted not to do it

A nice hotel. Walking distance from the train station.

We loved that place. Very nice, cosy rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sinaia is a great little place to relax and walk in the mountains. The food at the hotel was not our cup of tea. But there is a lovely little place called Snow restaurant, near the cable car station. Close to the tourist information office.

I had fine days staying at this excellent central hotel. the venue was an excellent place for enjoying a central area, close to the railway station. - the staff was affable and extremely friendly, with a nice attitude. I had a wonderful time during my stay at this fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, being close to the railway station and an outstanding restaurant. Additionally, the staff were very kind and had a great attitude, which made my experience even better.

The property has an excellent location - right in the center of the town. The rooms are small, but comfortable and very warm. There is a fan in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is spacious and the shower is really big.
The property has the following negative aspects: - the staff speaks poor english - the staff couldn't give tourist information in english about the location of certain places around the town - there is no elevator and the stairs are steep - the stairs are wooden and when someone is walking you can clearly hear him through the door of your room. - the double bed in the room is very small, and one one blanket is offered - it's cold in the breakfast room

very clean room & bathroom - freshly renovated, friendly staff, nice breakfast (hot food included), great attention to details (shoe cleaning wipes, needle & sewing thread, city map), very good position - right in the city center
